My mood board is made up of lots of different app designs that I’ve gathered from multiple different designers, by doing this, i’m able to look at multiple ways that designs are put together to gain a better idea for what I’d like the finished app to look like, for example, the use of colours, images, fonts and layouts all play a big part in this project. After adding these elements into my moodboard, i’ve come to the conclusion that I’d like to create a modern looking app with a flat UI, using both fonts and colours to establish the brand image, I’ll be going with the current newly designed E.ON branding style but with a dark mode twist, this gives quite a few benefits such as being easier on the eyes and making chosen elements stand out; I’ll also be using using cards throughout which will allow me to make it clearer to the user when displaying stats or info as it allows me to easily group elements in a simple to view and understand card, multiple cards together allow for easy navigation whilst still keeping things readable and comprehensive.
